Patient had an ill fitting Denture
for many years. We placed 3 Implants..

and after a Healing Period of 3 months we fitted the bridge.

Result

Patient with Gumdisease in the lower Front. All 4 Front teeth had to be extracted.

2 Implants have been placed Immediatly after the Extraction and a temporary Bridge fitted.

Final Restoration cemented.

Gum Disease and unsighly upper Front.
Lower Front teeth are only "hanging on"... and had to be extracted

3 Implants placed (completely painless under Local anaesthesia).

Implant Placement in the molar area of the upper jaw often requires a Sinus Lift

The upper premolar and molar had to be extracted. 2 Implants have been placed.

2 Porcelain Crowns fitted.

Bridge fitted.

In some cases the Inferior Alveolar nerve is too close to place Implants without the risk of damage to it. In that case the use of a 3-D Scan and specialized Software (Simplant) is of great use.
